These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and S-H-K Software Solutions ("PYNZO," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the PYNZO mobile application and services.

By using PYNZO, you agree to:

2. Eligibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account

3. Service Description

PYNZO is an AI-driven personal finance management application that provides:

• Transaction Tracking: Manual entry, voice input, receipt scanning, SMS import
• Budget Management: Category-based budgets with AI suggestions
• Financial Goals: Savings targets with progress tracking
• AI Financial Coach: Personalized insights using Google Gemini (free) and Anthropic Claude (premium)
• Cash Flow Forecasting: 30/60/90-day financial predictions
• Reports & Analytics: Charts, trends, and financial health scores
• Multi-Currency Support: 60+ currencies with live exchange rates
• Offline Mode: Full functionality without internet connection

4. License & Restrictions

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PYNZO for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense PYNZO to third parties
• Use PYNZO to provide services to others commercially
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

5. User Content & Data

5.1 Your Financial Data

You retain all ownership rights to your financial data (transactions, budgets, goals). By using PYNZO, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your data to provide services
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements
• Generate AI insights based on your financial patterns

You may not use PYNZO to store or transmit:

• Illegal or fraudulent financial information
• Content that violates others' intellectual property rights
• Malicious code or harmful files
• Personally identifiable information of others without consent

6. Premium Subscription

6.2 Subscription Terms

• Pricing: $7.99/month or $59/year (~38% savings)
• Billing: Charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime in your account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds: Managed by Google Play/App Store. Contact them for refund requests
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Changes apply to new billing cycles

7. Third-Party Services

PYNZO integrates with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their terms:

We are not responsible for third-party services' performance, availability, or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimers

8.2 AI Limitations

AI-generated insights are based on patterns and algorithms. They may contain errors or inaccuracies. Do not rely solely on AI recommendations for important financial decisions.

8.3 "As Is" Service

PYNZO is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of data
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or absence of viruses
• Results obtained from using the service

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• PYNZO and S-H-K Software Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for PYNZO in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if no payments were made)
• We are not liable for financial losses resulting from use of the app
• We are not liable for third-party service failures or data breaches
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated insights

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PYNZO, S-H-K Software Solutions, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your misuse of the service
• Inaccurate or fraudulent information you provide

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app and requesting account deletion via email to support@pynzo.app. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or misuse the service
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Provide false information

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use PYNZO immediately ceases
• Your data will be deleted (unless required by law)
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Provisions that should survive (indemnification, limitation of liability) remain in effect

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in PYNZO, including but not limited to:

• Software code, algorithms, and AI models
• User interface design and graphics
• Trademarks, logos, and brand elements
• Documentation and content

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of PYNZO is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using PYNZO, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of material changes via:

• In-app notification
• Email to your registered address
• Prominent notice in the app

Your continued use of PYNZO after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Geographic Restrictions

PYNZO is currently available worldwide. However, we reserve the right to restrict access in certain jurisdictions due to legal or regulatory requirements. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.

20. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. You may not use or export PYNZO in violation of these laws.
